The other advantage to using a Mercedes certified collision repair shop is that a certified shop only uses OEM parts. OEM parts are parts manufactured specifically by Mercedes for Mercedes cars. If the repair center is not certified, they may not be able to get their hands on manufacturers parts. This can decrease the value of your car and the after market parts may not last as long as OEM ones do.
